Our Outside the Waistband Pancake Style holsters include an optic cut, adjustable retention, 1.5" wing loops, may include suppressor height sights, and may be available with an open bottom (varies by model). We do offer Right & Left Draw options (varies by make and model). Every holster is built to order. Current lead time is 10-12 weeks.
